It’s been a crazy week. We’re leaving for Gaspésie today after work and I still haven’t packed. I’m counting on the two hours I’ll have before leaving to pack everything and prepare our food for the trip. Lets see how that goes! 15-Minute Blueberry Flax Oatmeal

Recently, my go-to breakfast has been this blueberry flax oatmeal. I’m taking full advantage of blueberry season! Truth: This was initially supposed to be an overnight oat recipe. I tried it a few times, but it never ended up the way I wanted. It was a just a little too liquid for my taste – I like my oatmeal on the thick side. while I could have reduced the amount of liquid a little more and figured it out, I decided that since fall is coming, warm comfort food wouldn’t be a bad thing. Looking for a high protein green smoothie? This is my favorite.  This protein green smoothie is inspired by a recipe I made a while ago for Pure Goodness on Instagram. I’ve been making the smoothie non-stop since then, so I thought I should share it on the blog as well! I don’t believe that we need protein powder every day to attain our protein needs. I’m finally sharing the recipe for my peanut butter strawberry swirl nice cream with cookie dough crumble! I shared a picture on Instagram last week and many of you have been asking for the recipe since then. Well, here it is!
