4-Ingredient Chocolate Nice Cream Smoothie

This smoothie. I know that not everyone has a food processor or a Yonanas, so I wanted to make a blender version of my Chocolate Peanut Butter Soft Serve (Nice Cream). You get the same great taste as nice cream, but in the form of a smoothie. Okay, I should maybe call this recipe a shake because it tastes nothing close to a healthy and fruity smoothie… Nope, this recipe tastes exactly like a chocolate milkshake. I should mention that even though it doesn’t taste healthy, this shake/smoothie is as healthy as it gets.  It’s made with only four ingredients (FOUR)! When you stop eating added sugar, you soon realize that there is a lot of food you can’t eat anymore. Just think about it. People seem to associate sugar with desserts, but the truth is, pretty much everything that’s processed contains sugar. Some granola bars and breakfast cereals should even be considered a dessert. Chocolate Peanut Butter Soft Serve (Nice Cream!)

If you only try one of my recipes, this has to be the one! This is by far my most asked for recipe on Instagram. I don’t blame you guys, it’s the best! What could be better than an ice cream without any added sugar and that’s also lactose-free and vegan?! Nothing. The best part? It tastes JUST like regular ice cream! I might be wrong here since I haven’t had regular ice cream in 3 years, but it must be very close to the real thing if I can’t tell the difference.
