October Favorites (2017)

Fall is here and I couldn’t be more excited! Well, I could be if I didn’t have my big dietetic exam to write in a month… But I love fall and October may be one of my favorite months of the year (right after September). I am a little sad that the leaves are now falling and that the autumn colors are slowly leaving us, but I’m still excited for the holidays and the cozy weather to come. Not only am I studying for my dietetic exam that’s coming up this November, but I also started my new full time position at the hospital, which obviously takes up all of my time during the week. Hi there! I know it’s the weekend, but with my dietetic internship and all, I didn’t get the chance to post anything this week. So here I am, writing a blog post on a Saturday morning! Now, since autumn is coming, I have many salted caramel recipes in mind. For that reason, I wanted to share my date caramel recipe with you guys. Trust me, you’ll see date caramel in my next couple of posts! I hope that’s not a problem? 😉  Date caramel is a life saver when you rely on fruits to sweeten your desserts.
