Here I am, writing on a Saturday again!  This internship is certainly keeping me busy during the week. I woke up at 4:45 in the morning for the last few days (including this Saturday!) for a big catering event. Yup, I’ll enjoy sleeping in tomorrow… By that, I mean waking up at 7 am without an alarm. My last blog post of the week! This may not be a recipe, but I thought it would be fun to make how-to posts on the blog. I have a recipe using cold brew ice cubes that I’d like to share with you guys soon, but first, I want to show you how to make cold brew. Trust me, after you learn how to make it, the possibilities are endless! Think lattes, iced coffee, smoothies… Are you convinced yet? First of all, what is cold brew coffee?
