Healthy Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

I would have shared these healthy peanut butter crunch balls with you sooner, but the truth is, I didn’t have any photos to go with the recipe. This may just be the healthiest peppermint mocha you’ll ever see.   I realize that this may be an exaggeration; I have no idea what other peppermint mocha recipes are out there. Spiced Chia Applesauce

This spiced chia applesauce is part one of a recipe I’m really excited to share with you guys this week! It may be part of another recipe, but I wanted to share it on its own, since it’s perfectly delicious eaten as is. I’ll even say that it’s the best applesauce I’ve ever had (honestly).
