April is a month full of celebrations for us, so it only made sense that I shared my favorite cake recipe: This spiced banana cake with cream cheese frosting. This recipe is inspired by Snixy Kitchen’s banana date cake, which I made for the first time last April. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. I found a way to use up all my apples this year. Date-Sweetened Apple Crumble Bars. I’m making these on repeat until I’m done with the 20lbs bag of apples we picked. I should start by saying that these apple crumble bars are not only sugar-free, but they’re also gluten-free, vegan and nut-free! Mini Sugar-Free Cookie Dough Cheesecake

I’m back with another recipe before Easter!  This time, I’m sharing these mini sugar-free cookie dough cheesecakes. I know, two cookie dough recipes in a row… I’m not even sorry.  Here’s how the recipe goes: The base is a raw cookie dough cup made with dates, roasted cashews, oats, vanilla and cocoa nibs.
