Spiced Chia Applesauce

This spiced chia applesauce is part one of a recipe I’m really excited to share with you guys this week! It may be part of another recipe, but I wanted to share it on its own, since it’s perfectly delicious eaten as is. I’ll even say that it’s the best applesauce I’ve ever had (honestly). And this Friday, I’m sharing a delicious apple dessert recipe that uses it.  My fridge is currently full of applesauce from the many batches I tested over the weekend. I’m a dietitian.  I still can’t believe it. I started my job Monday and it still doesn’t feel real. In case you missed it (this post), I just finished my internship and I started working as a registered dietitian (candidate) in oncology, psychiatry, cardiology and surgery at the hospital.
