April is a month full of celebrations for us, so it only made sense that I shared my favorite cake recipe: This spiced banana cake with cream cheese frosting. This recipe is inspired by Snixy Kitchen’s banana date cake, which I made for the first time last April. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Warm Turmeric Ginger Milk

Making winter days a little better with this warm turmeric ginger milk. Not only is it warm and comforting, but this milk’s bright color is such a happy sight on a cloudy day like this one.  We’re expecting rain for the next couple of days, which makes me crave spring even more. I usually love winter, but this one has been dreadful. We were basically stuck inside from the end of December to the beginning of January due to the extreme cold temperatures.
