Sugar-Free caramelized banana oatmeal. In other words, the best oatmeal I’ve ever had. My go-to oatmeal has always been my peanut butter banana oats. It’s easy, delicious and satisfying and I didn’t think anything could ever replace it as my favorite. That was until I made this caramelized banana oatmeal. I will admit, the fact that it requires one extra dish means I will continue to make my easy peanut butter oats more often, but these oats will be around over the weekends. Everyone is sharing healthy smoothie and salad recipes to start the New Year and I’m just here, sharing a peanut butter hot chocolate… One week into 2018.  This is not just any hot chocolate recipe though. This is the healthiest hot chocolate recipe (just go with it).  Why am I calling it the healthiest hot chocolate recipe? Well, because it doesn’t have any cream or sugar. Instead, it’s made with cashews, peanut butter, dates and cocoa.
