What will you find in this Ebook? 10 recipes, including 5 new recipes and 5 old favorites from the blog (with some new photos). 8 recipes being desserts and 2 being delicious sweet drinks. All recipes are vegan and sugar-free. Allergy information is included with each recipe. Many recipes are gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, oil-free and nut-free. All recipes are simple and delicious. Sugar in found in abundance during the holidays and I created this book in hopes of helping others find balance this time of year. Fruit-Sweetened Apple Muffins. Canadian Thanksgiving is just around the corner and for those of you who are looking for recipes to make this weekend, I’ve got a great healthy dessert for you. Or snack. Or breakfast. These apple muffins can pass for all three. It may be Thanksgiving in Canada this weekend, but this is an everyday recipe that I hope you’ll love. Healthy whole wheat muffins sweetened with bananas and apples. While I did call them apple muffins, they do have a banana bread flavor to them. Either way, they’re delicious! One bowl and 30 minutes is all you need to get muffins all week. Similarly to my banana bread, I recommend serving these with nut or seed butter. Maybe some apple butter too… I need to try this as soon as possible…

My latest obsession: roasted sweet potatoes with 2-minute vegan aioli. I’ve been eating this about 3 times a week lately and there’s no stopping me. These sweet potatoes with tempeh and a kale salad have been a staple in our house since I finally found tempeh and vegan mayonnaise in Vernon a month ago… It was an exciting day.
