Pecan pumpkin spiced date bites. My kind of Halloween candy. And yes, these little energy bites really do taste like candy. They’re perfectly sweetened with dates and flavored with fall spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove. Welcoming the first week of fall with the healthiest sugar-free pumpkin spice latte. When I think of a cozy fall drink, I immediately think of the pumpkin spice latte… Not because I drink it each year (I drank it a few times before I stopped eating added sugar), but because as soon as September arrives, pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere. Today, I’m happy to be sharing a delicious holiday treat:  Pumpkin cupcakes with chai cream cheese frosting. Yes, I said CHAI cream cheese frosting. Here’s the thing.
