Lemon & Feta Greek Avocado Toast

Lemon, warm feta and oregano are paired together to make a flavorful Greek-inspired avocado toast!

  • 1 slice bread of choice
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF or use a toaster oven.
  2. Sprinkle the feta on top of your bread and bake for 6 minutes. Set to broil for one minute.
  3. Remove your toast from the oven and top with sliced or mashed avocado, lemon juice, oregano, green onions and parsley

Recipe Notes

Feel free to double this recipe to make it a filling meal. You can also add one more slice of bread to make it a sandwich or serve it with a salad on the side.

Bake them longer if you like a crispier toast.
